The beds and duvets were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Some of the staff members were very friendly and provided excellent service. Additionally, the spa facilities, although basic, were enjoyable to use.

unbeatable location in a ski area, just next door to the most beautiful national parks, the restaurant, and the forest. outstanding food in the a la carte restaurant in the vicinity. exceptionally nice breakfast, particularly bread, pastries, and bakery.

Great spot close to the hills right from downtown, a spacious room that fits just right. the staff are super sweet and really pay attention to your needs, always sporting big smiles 😊.

nothing - not worth to be a 4 star hotel

The hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean and the staff was extemely helpful and friendly (Especially Mary and Frau Kerber at the reception desk). The food was good but rather expensive. We only ate there for dinner on the first night we arrived.

The economy double room with a balcony had all necessary amenities. The hotel's location was perfect and stunning, right next to the castle, bike and hiking trails, mountains, and restaurants.

It is close to some ski resorts, Sankts Anton and 40km from Lech

I did not like very much the hotel, the facilities are old, the breakfast is poor and it is not value for money (200EUROS per night for a double room). Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Professional 4* hotel staff. Very, very good restaurant - where you can check out how Austrian food should taste.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect for me as I wanted to go skiing in multiple areas nearby. It was also great for exploring the city, with its central position on the main shopping street and close proximity to the bus station. The staff showed real hospitality at its best, providing excellent service and making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. I especially loved the terrace where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful views. it was a great place to stay.
